CREATING A CULTURE OF EXCELLENCE
The entire American Dining Creations hospitality team has a passion and desire to serve. We don’t stop with just a friendly hello—we focus on building real relationships with our guests and making them feel taken care of.Contact Us
American Dining Creations is a third-generation, family-owned business, which has always placed customer experience at the forefront of our mission. This family pride fosters a positive work environment, where employees can feel part of a community and know that they are truly cared about.
Employees love and desire to be part of something they can be proud of which is where we excel. When employees get to have a role in creating or serving made-from-scratch foods using authentic ingredients, they take pride in their work.
Contrary to the traditional top-down approach to menu strategy, we look to the creative juices of our executive chefs in the field to help design, distribute and drive. This not only creates friendly competition and accountability between our chefs, but it creates an environment that our staff is proud to be a part of.
When employees take pride in their work, it influences everything. They feel like they are part of a team that is building something special. That attitude quickly spreads from the staff to our guests, making the hospitality service appear effortless.
TRAINING & EFFICIENCY
Our training never stops. We provide our employees with ongoing training and certification on food service best practices and hospitality. This allows us to offer you a better hospitality experience and run a more efficient operation.
Encouraging the best staff to stay means providing rewards and incentives for a job well done. Our managers are empowered to offer employee bonuses to reward great performance. These bonuses can be given at any time and as often as deemed necessary (within reason). This helps us boost labor efficiency by reducing turnover and increasing staff morale.
